Almost every print job that goes wrong went wrong before it reached the press. You see a proof and sign it off, and if we spot something in your file we ring you rather than print it and hope.

What if it comes out the wrong colour?
You approve a proof and that is what we match to. If colour is critical, say so and we will show you a printed proof rather than a PDF on a screen.
How should I send artwork?
Press-ready PDF with bleed is ideal. If you have not got that, send what you have and we will tell you what it needs.
How quickly can you turn it round?
Depends on the process and the finishing. Tell us the date you need it and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
Can you post it out for us?
Yes. Printed, addressed and mailed, with your data handled under your instructions and nothing kept beyond the job.
